Wshoooo. Hello Philippine History again. haha. :)) Anyways, here i am.. at Ateneo.. in the GK office.. waiting for my brother. Tomorrow, HELLO ATENEO again. Math exam! haha. :)

Youth Camp

Late blog entry but anyways, here it is.

We had a very successful youth camp. We are blessed with 8 participants. I was really disappointed during the first day seeing 8 participants. Sayang yung effort. What i felt on Friday night was miserable because we have no guitar, no guitarist, late camp servant, few participants and there are a lot of cockroaches(tama ba spelling? hahaha). Anyways, that feeling did not last for long. I get to learn what God was trying to tell me for the chapter. Ever since Tito Jun left, things are not the same. Some was lost and was no where to be found. We really had a hard time finding members from the chapter. Anjo, Pat, Carlo, Abi, Lady, Arkie, Jane and I were what's left from the old F2 chapter. Start from scratch and drama ng chapter namin. God taught us to be humble. To give importance to every member in the chapter and to focus on them. We are taught to let our chapter grow one step at a time and to learn from other people as well. We are blessed with support from the HS based and West B sector. We are blessed with Dave, Leo and Niko. They taught us a lot. I personally got inspired with Dave(nux. Oo, close na kami eh. haha). I just read a blog entry in his multiply. Also the incident of misunderstanding made me realize how lucky we are to have Tito Ver. A very understanding and loving couple coordinator. Thanks. I won't elaborate on what really happened. LAZY! haha. I am also happy that i got the chance to be a faccilitator again. I missed that. I had a great time with Arielle. :) Also the 8 participant was a blessing because for the first time.. we got close to each other fast. During the siesta time.. After the one on one session.. We played Sharades and KURING! It was fun. We got to bond with each other and laugh out loud. Basta, it was fun. The baptism was a success. It was fun. The E-night was the best. :) I missed Kalye Onse. aww. :) Ayun. Super great experience tong camp na toh. I really love my chapter, i love my coords and i love God :)

Thanks. :)
You're Young, Enjoy Life. Godbless.

When the rain falls

It's pouring hard yesterday. As in SUPER DUPER RAIN! I waited for it to stop to go to the meeting at Lady's. We had the meeting, talked about stuffs for the camp then ate. We heard from Lady's parents that GK Brookside was affected by the heavy pour of rain. My father and Kuya Justine went there. I wanted to come but I did some stuffs. Haha. Ayun.

A while ago, Kuya Jim came to me and told me they are going there to give some goods. To make up for my loss yesternight, i joined them. Haha. We arrived there and there are a lot of people like the army, media and other CFC, SFC and YFC people. So we gave the relief goods and was about to go but there was an emergency! haha. Yes, super emergency dahil may nakunan! haha. So Ate Coco told us to leave the van and wait till they get back. Yes, we got STRANDED! haha. We waited for a long long time :D haha. We walked, sit, talked and played with Sining. Haha. I also saw Tito Andy, Tito Benj and Kuya Rommel. After a long wait, Tito Rabbi offered to take us home because it is not good for Sining to stay there. Tito Rabbi's car is in Fil Heights so we passed by the area where there are a lot of mud and mud and mud. Haha. Oo, PUTIK PUTIK PUTIK. As in super putik. The place was really muddy so i could see what happened the night before. I also saw people carrying there TV with mud all over. haha. The place was a mess but thanks to all those who help they have clothes, food and other stuffs needed. Tsaka worship songs were being played. :) So touching.

So, i just arrived home and lo and behold.. there are SFC people that came to give more goods for GK Brookside. God really loves us. See? :)

HAPPY MOTHER's DAY

Okay. HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY! :D

A poem I got from Teentalk

LOVE YOUR MOTHER

When you came into the world, she held you in her arms. You thanked her by wailing like a banshee.

When you were 1 year old, she fed you and bathed you. You thanked her by crying all night long.
When you were 2 years old, she taught you to walk. You thanked her by running away when she called.

When you were 3 years old, she made all your meals with love. You thanked her by tossing your plate on the floor.

When you were 4 years old, she gave you some crayons. You thanked her by coloring the dining room table.

When you were 5 years old, she dressed you for the holidays. You thanked her by plopping into the nearest pile of mud.

When you were 6 years old, she walked you to school. You thanked her by screaming, "I'M NOT GOING!"
When you were 7 years old, she bought you a baseball. You thanked her by throwing it through the next-door-neighbor's window.

When you were 8 years old, she handed you an ice cream. You thanked her by dripping it all over your lap.

When you were 9 years old, she paid for piano lessons. You thanked her by never even bothering to practice.

When you were 10 years old, she drove you all day, from soccer to gymnastics to one birthday party after another. You thanked her by jumping out of the car and never looking back.

When you were 11 years old, she took you and your friends to the movies. You thanked her by asking to sit in a different row.

When you were 12 years old, she warned you not to watch certain TV shows. You thanked her by waiting until she left the house. Those Teenage Years

When you were 13, she suggested a haircut that was becoming. You thanked her by telling her she had no taste.

When you were 14, she paid for a month away at summer camp. You thanked her by forgetting to write a single letter.

When you were 15, she came home from work, looking for a hug. You thanked her by having your bedroom door locked.

When you were 16, she taught you how to drive her car. You thanked her by taking it every chance you could.

When you were 17, she was expecting an important call. You thanked her by being on the phone all night.

When you were 18, she cried at your high school graduation. You thanked her by staying out partying until dawn.Growing Old and Gray

When you were 19, she paid for your college tuition, drove you to campus, carried your bags. You thanked her by saying good-bye outside the dorm so you wouldn't be embarrassed in front of your friends.

When you were 20, she asked whether you were seeing anyone. You thanked her by saying, "It's none of your business."

When you were 21, she suggested certain careers for your future. You thanked her by saying, "I don't want to be like you."

When you were 22, she hugged you at your college graduation. You thanked her by asking whether she could pay for a trip to Europe.

When you were 23, she gave you furniture for your first apartment. You thanked her by telling your friends it was ugly.

When you were 24, she met your fiancé and asked about your plans for the future. You thanked her by glaring and growling, "Muuhh-ther, please!"

When you were 25, she helped to pay for your wedding, and she cried and told you how deeply she loved you. You thanked her by moving halfway across the country.

When you were 30, she called with some advice on the baby. You thanked her by telling her, "Things are different now."

When you were 40, she called to remind you of an relative's birthday. You thanked her by saying you were "really busy right now."

When you were 50, she fell ill and needed you to take care of her. You thanked her by reading about the burden parents become to their children.

And then, one day, she quietly died. And everything you never did came crashing down like thunder. "Rock me baby, rock me all night long." The hand who rocks the cradle ... may rock the world".

Let us take a moment of the time just to pay tribute and show appreciation to the person called MOM though some may not say it openly to their mother. There's no substitute for her. Cherish every single moment. Though at times she may not be the best of friends, may not agree to our thoughts, she is still your mother!!!

Your mother will be there for you; to listen to your woes, your braggings, your frustrations, etc. Ask yourself "

Have you put aside enough time for her, to listen to her "blues" of working in the kitchen, her tiredness???"

Be tactful, loving and still show her due respect, though you may have a different view from hers. Once gone, only fond memories of the past and also regrets will be left.

DO NOT TAKE FOR GRANTED THE THINGS CLOSEST TO YOUR HEART. LOVE HER MORE THAN YOU LOVE YOURSELF. LIFE IS MEANINGLESS WITHOUT HER.

Under construction

Oo, di ko pa naayos. Naghahanap pa ako ng matinong layout. Haha. :)

Eeh, bakit ganun?

Grabe, super confused ako ngayon. Kagabi, pagkatapos ng dinner. May news si Mother. News na hindi ko inexpect at hindi ko alam kung good or bad para sakin. News na biglang nagpalungkot sakin. Haaay, i will transfer school. Goodbye UST na ako. For the second time, pumasa ako ng ACET. Oo, yung dream school ko na matagal kong inasam at iniyakan ko pa last year. Pero bakit ganun? Nung nalaman ko, nalungkot ako.. Naiyak pa ako. Haha. Loooser. GRABE TALAGA!!!! Super lost ako ngayon. Haayjusko!

Bohol

I am too lazy to rant about my Bohol trip. I will just post highlights of the trip. haha.
On the way to Bohol
At first, i was excited to ride a ship. First time eh. But when i saw the beds, oooh may gulay. Umurong ako. Haha. It was really uncomfy but i would rather stay there than sleep beside the machines. haha. I loved the view in the Sun deck. It was peaceful.

Nasa Sun Deck kami

This is what we saw when we arrived Bohol

Day 1
  • We stayed at Corolandia. It's like a resort na walang pool.

  • We went to Hinagdangangan Cave.
  • We went to Panglao Island. OHMEGED, i fell in love with it. The site was really breath taking. :D
  • We went to Island City Mall to buy jelly shoes for Gladys.

  • We went to Holy Name University for the IKV. We have a role sa IKV.. CHEERERS. haha. Hep hep Hooooray! Huh huh huh! Big NORTH!
  • TIRED.
Day 2
  • We went to the mall to watch a movie, When Love Begins. haha.

  • We saw that the event was held there too so we watched the creative compets.

  • We went to Panglao again with the whole sector (oo, di sila umattend ng IKV. Magaling!)

  • We did not sleep.
  • We worshipped on the beach wearing our two-piece swimsuit while raining. It was overwhelming. I really felt empowered na mag-serve pa. Thanks Ate Gayle, Kuya Jim, Gladys and Brendan for sharing this feeling with me.
Day 3
  • Walang tulog.
  • Bohol Tour

Luboc River
Chocolate Hills

Hanging Bridge

Tarsier

Dito kami nag-dinner

On the way back to Manila

  • The ship was way way way better! It's bigger.
  • They have a playground.
  • The sun deck was bigger.

  • We made friends with the ship crew. haha.
  • The food was NOT GOOD! =/
  • We sang videoke. Actually they. And we saw a very very funny guy. Right Kuya Jim?

  • We worshipped with the kids before arriving Manila.
  • HAPPY BIRTHDAY BEA! :D 12 na siya. haha. Malapit na mag-YFC

I really enjoyed Bohol. WOW! Philippines talaga. haha. :) Vote niyo yung Chocolate Hills for the new seven wonders of the world :)
